I think the best answer to this vacuous non-announcement was given by someone on twitter yesterday.
I have to agree with them, because I have rarely if ever seen a patent application such as the ones lodged by BGT ever knocked back. The registration was always expected and virtually guaranteed when the fees were paid. There was never any doubt that it would be registered. It was simply a formality. There's the no need to beat this announcement up as something special, because it's not special or unexpected.
Well, at least it's prompted some more day traders to pile in and sadly they'll get wrecked again in the coming days.
What about giving us some real news? Unfortunately the answer to that question is that there isn't any real news, this is the best they can do for now and the next several months.
