    At this prices, it's still a success i guess. Yes, it sucks for the guys who got scammed by Dixon Advisory, but it's trading at a 30+% discount to NAV. They've demonstrated they're getting pretty close to NAV for the assets. Ideal would be above, but this is successful in the sense it should drive a rerate to close to NAV.
