    Had a quick peek at EMH in the airport, woah, much has changed in the last few days. I leave you with this - obviously, we all know this curve diagram intimately, but it pays to have a check where Cinovec project is (orange line markup in the below) and where EMH is going to be within the next 12-24 months (yellow mark-ups):

    Referencing the history and background of the Cinovec project, EMH are actually 'within the ballpark' of its current development status. If we hypothesise and assume that Lassonde Curve (above) is reflecting value development of a mining asset, then EMH is about to go through some value growth to convert their IP accumulated over the past 2 years (DFS, Process, estimates + offtakes, FID) into market value (which then should reflect in the SP, in theory).
