Agreed, though "Europe" is not a single undivisible whole.

Some countries are members of the EU, some not. Some countries use the euro with ridiculous interest rates, some do not. There are countries which are in the EU but don't use the euro and there are even countries which use the euro but aren't part of EU.

So the economic growth can be pretty bipolar in the near future. Some countries like Poland or Eastern Europe have good outlook and relatively healthy economy, Ukrainian refugees also help. Some countries are not doing too well and have their own internal problems, such as Germany and France.

Also don't forget the incentives - if there are high customs and tarrifs for imported cars, incentives for green economy, incentives for energy independence, then European industry will work even if the politicians are idiots, managers incompetent and employees on strike every month.

There was a time when this project had a bright future, unfortunately Babis (former Czech PM) destroyed most of its potential by the lies he said and campaign he led. KC definitely didn't help by doing anything useful either...
