FEED requires the data currently being gathered, it hasn’t commenced yet. Flow rates and pressures, reservoir characteristics etc. all inform the design and final concept selection. To my knowledge no company has been appointed to perform FEED; a process I assume Santos will manage given their resources and 80% holding.
