Who ever they are ,they are preparing for a take over ,how many mill of shares have they picked up now ,they been buying for months ,they may have 10% of cvn already ,they have managed to bring the s/p down to 38c ,way below the true value of around 55c to 75c .They are not worried about any good news ,their aim is to keep it as low as they can ,in order for a low offer of around 60c ,which it would look like a good offer to some ,when the real value should be around $1 .
So if they have 50 mil shares picked up between 42c to 38c ,it may seem like they are losing ,but in real term they will be making the money on a low offer .
This is of course IMO ,just a way to look at it ,But who real knows .

I think the same as you Joseph, happens all the time, its happening right now with BAL, same thing happened to VLA and the list goes on?
