re: Ann: Successful Bulk Sampling for Orinoco... Today we saw large gains with all Gold Producers across the board such as Silver Lake Resources (SLR) up 18% Perseus (PRU) up 13%. Troy Resources (TRY) up 12%, Kingsgate (KCN) up 10%. The price of Gold continues to rally on a daIly basis, and the Physical buying out of China has been relentless underpinning the large sell off by ETF's in recent months. There must be large buying coming back into this market at the moment in recent weeks as a price readjustment takes place.
Orinoco & Trafford released a great announcement today and it's nice to know this project is moving very quickly ahead. They are hoping to go ahead with the decline to target the high grade gold zone shoots, of between 8 grams a tonne to 24 grams a tonne which is open at strike..
The ability to bring this into production and generate quick cash flow and revenue will be a monumental day for all shareholders. I'm glad to see they have mapped out a plan target of 500 tonnes and then 4000 tonnes a month. The gold has 90% recovery rates and is easily separated by gravity circuit crushing and shaking table compared to expensive cyanide treatment. Plenty of news to follow, and both SP's for OGX & TRF may move ahead next few months as we head into production figures announcements and Quarterly Business Acitivities announcements. ABM Resources (ABU) has been moving after a recent high grade discovery in Central Australia. Orinoco is a unique discovery, a large high grade deposit with low production costs. Silver Lake Resources has a average head grade of around 10 g/ tonne.
TRF you may not be betting for it at the moment. But you may not be betting against it either, with the large news ahead, as we head closer to production in the next few months.
