Poorly structured cap raise. This structure just incentivises current holders to sell their existing holdings at 0.4 or less to buy the raise allocation at 0.4 with the added option.
this puts a big ceiling on the price that was 20% higher a week ago before the raise was announced.
if holders could only exercise the raise allocation while still being current holders it would cause the price to rise not fall as others might want to buy in to access the raise.
