Selling at 12cents to repurchase at 11.5 cents gives a return of 4 per cent. However the repurchase through the SPP is not guaranteed - I'm expecting it to be well oversubscribed. You could miss out completely. time will tell but feeling confident.
Several months ago PS181 stated on HC that he would wait for the CR announcement before going in. He got it right again.
