Most holders (of options) will probably be looking to convert, which means there wont be many on market purhcase of the header. Also buyers will buy the options since OPTIONPRICE + 75c < HEADPRICE.

Big players can't buy on market because it drives the price up too high.

Just wait for the options to play out, see that IFE is funded (once total options exercise is known), and that the only oppertunity is to then by the heads, and see what happens then.
