Lets put a few things together:
1) $20m (equity) raised from US based Matrix a few months ago with intention for APT to enter US
2) $50m (debt) raised today for an undisclosed purpose
3) $200m+ new warehouse flagged in the latest quarterly with an international bank
4) Update on potential US expansion due in May.

All ducks are lined up for a decent investment to set up APT in US, plenty of available liquidity to do the initial setup investment and a brand new warehouse being finalised currently.
