Agree. Eight layers deep and PYC are delivering the ASO cargo across the cell membrane and into the bottom two deepest layer of cells. Impressive so far. Next, the 3D human retina model.
I believe that the “neural retina” referred to in PYC’s %Transcript Change diagram corresponds with the layer that finishes at the outer limiting membrane.
