Hi Spid81,
I have another stock, that management of that stock side.
We just don't do capital raise, for the sake of doing them, so we can have money sitting in the bank and doing nothing, that way less dilution. The only time they do capital raise, is when they actually need the money and at higher price.
IMHO.
