You should be sent/emailed a form shortly after receiving your new shares that indicate the number of options you own. That form will indicate how to exercise the options.
It will probably be very much like the entitlement offer itself. You can make payment by BPAY and you will be given a BPAY reference number to use that is unique to you. They will determine the amount of options you are exercising by the amount you pay on BPAY (divide by 13.5c).
There will also likely be an alternative payment method, which will require you to fill in the form and mail it in with your payment.
