My refund has not yet arrived.

Did they refund via BPay? I paid via BPay, so it would make sense to refund that way - except, not all companies will do so. In the last SPP (IAG), I paid via BPay, but they refunded by the old fashioned cheque, which took 3 weeks to arrive (even though the date on the cheque was the day after the SPP closed).

I am with ANZ, so I guess it depends which bank the funds are returning from if it a BPay refund..
