Not a particularly informative announcement. It would be useful to know how heavily oversubscribed it was.
I was hoping they would accept all applications in full, but once again, it looks like retail investors are being shafted, and preference is being given to instos who could take advantage of the much larger $5.2 million placement.
It's a shame the scaleback didn't take into account the period of holding the stock. I lost a huge amount back in the ACL days and was hoping that this would in some way help to compsensate for that loss.
