The announcement this morning also mentioned negotiating a debt facility at low interest rate to increase ROE and take advantage of other investment opportunities.
I believe they will not stop investing at their current rate and will use debt to expand further. Growth is high and will continue to do so over the next couple of years.
They have the balance sheet to take on an ultra conservative level of debt of $50-$75 Million, even $100-$150 Million for the right opportunity.
