This cap raise in my opinion is either snouts in the trough or a middle finger to new investors, or even ________ .
This company should have a high profit margin of sales as 2.4 and 5 GHz transmitter as power amps are very cheap, and so are directional antenna such as mixed mode helix or crossed yagi types. So it was an organic growth business, but so easy to set up competition and smash the market share, where is the point of difference and was this raise only ensuring the company to provide lifestyle in the future? Why the big raise? Was it really required? My thoughts are that the industry is going to be cooked due to every Tom Dick and Harry cutting each others lunch.
