Existing shareholders (and everyone else) had the chance to buy as much as they wanted today on market at $1.15 (and even $1.14) without needing to go into an SPP lottery and waiting days. Judging by the 48m shares sold today (so far) there is still a fair appetite at the current price (that is around 50% of the CR bought today on market).
