Hunter531...previously we discussed the reasons why even amateurs like us can be very confident of a mind-blowing BFS. The BFS is not going to occur in a vacuum. they already have a PFS that uses $14 cobalt as a by-product and shows $ 1.40 C1 costs on nickel. It is hard to believe, but with $40 cobalt,
the implication is that the C1 costs on nickel can actually come in below zero on a by-product basis.
On top of this, they have the scandium up their sleeve since the latest PFS doesn't even account for it.
Yet there is a complete scandium-only PFS from 2016 sitting in the files, which was positive and showed that a small scandium-only project was feasible. See posts 31519693 and 31275907.
In sum if you look at CLQ's actions, they are more than supremely confident of a great BFS.
They have actually made an investment decision to build.
Their actions are clear if you understand this.
