PAR got the 16 mil….share price irrelevant….just seems to be the nature of cap raises these days. Somebody on the forum suggested a caveat on future funding that prevented sponsors from selling for a fixed period of time….i like that idea. Kicks the can down the road a little but does give the share price a chance to build and perhaps stabilise ahead of the sell down.
