One more note on todays announcement that I over looked.
Dot point 5 - funds raised will be used ONLY for the AoM aquisition and the rest kept for future acquisitions. Sounds like we have another cash flow positive quarter to report coming up at EOM. And with the "going live" of a few solutions/contracts we should see a decent up tick in both revenue and profit IMO
