Really great news , so no problems in cohort 2.
Data in middle of 22. By that stage cohort 3 should have been fully enrolled. Not to sure how much faster enrollment would be with more sites open. So far it would seem that they are treating 1 every month, as safty is the main objective.
Given the good results that we saw in the first cohort particularly around the site of administration our results could show a complete response in cohort 2. If this was the case and given the current prognosis would it be possible to start a P2 pivotal trial while the P1 trial was progressing through its final stages? This would cut the time to market by about 12 months .
