the problem for me is that the next time we're invited to participate, we could be looking at an issue price of 20c or more, and we end up affording many less shares than we could have bought at 5.5c. Were we so short of cash now that our directors had to act so hastily to raise more capital, that they could not have taken the time to enable us to all participate?
