Looks like just over half the placement have gone to new director/current director/strategic advisor & strategic blockchain partners according to Appendix 3...rest to Taylor Collinson clients.
(d) The total amount of fees payable to Taylor Collinson Limited, in connection with the Placement comprising the issue of 40,000,000 Shares under Listing Rule 7.3 and 43,600,000 Shares under Listing Rule 7.1A as announced on 12 July 2018 is $152,750, comprising of placement fee of 5% on $2,155,000 raised by Taylor Collison and a management fee of 1% on total amount raised ($4.5 million).
