its even worse than that when you consider that since sept 2019 when they acquired jag, they have raised nearly $160m
their existing MC before they acquired jag in sept 2019 was $30m!
thats nearly $200m pre-exisitng MC!
where is all the value add that they have created after four years of having jag?
they keep saying that jag is top notch and world class, so why are they doing a placement at a valuation of only $300m?
its even worse than that when you consider that since sept 2019...
