No one knows if RR isn’t as pissed of as we are, having bought in at $1.16.Having said that, they may have offered him a sizeable chunk to appease him and average down.
The price at which management have raised is more a reflection of confidence in their own ability to raise at a premium than anything else. All the valuations from institutions including those that don’t have a stake have valued us higher so are they all lying or, is management lying about what we have, and had to undersell this?
If they showed no confidence in themselves at selling this at a premium (and if they consider 73c a premium then we are in a lot of trouble) then how can we have confidence in their ability to negotiate any premium valuation for an off take?
Please don’t hide behind “it’s hard to raise now” because if this is as good as management and RR himself would have us believe then there should have been no problem with raising at a premium.
