The investor preso interestingly placed 4DS memory in the speed chart in the 10-30ns bracket at the edge of the non volatile section, rather than in the 3-10ns bracket for the reported 4.7ns speed.
I suspect the numbers may have been min/max values rather than on the same configuration, so perhaps to have meaningful retention we end up in the 10-30ns speed range.
Good to see the roadmap though with supporting information, hopefully no failures along the way to delay it.
