4DS Memory has a 4.7ns write speed, however it has a ~27ns read speed. I had to double check as I was wondering why they were still targeting SCM / "warm data" with this tech that has significantly more potential than what that slide presents.
I think the most confusing part about the presentation is that... that can't definitely say what problem they are developing a solution to. They're taking a "We will fix all these different types of problems, who wants to buy us?" instead of doing some market and industry analysis to determine what of all the problems is the most valuable and will have the highest future demand and targeting specfically that problem with a really good specific solution. The scatter gun approach is clearly not working towards selling the IP.
