Well Jock I reckon he should resign. To say the last CR was not in the best interests of the Share holders and canned it. Then wait til the SP had eroded to half of what it was when the original CR was announced. Then discount the CR price from the .041 cent mark or whatever it was, is pretty terrible. The CR price is now almost half what the original was.
