In the majority of cases most SP in any stock will drop to the CR price with or without options. Three year options at the same price seems like a great deal. Surely within. three years the SP will either produce bags or the drop to new lows. If you sell your shares from the SPP and break even then you have nothing to lose with the options and the company will get more cash if they are exercised. This is a good thing for existing SH.
