Why sell when the management team were leading everyone to believe that a liquidity event with a "household name" was just around the corner?

You have uncanny luck with entering and exiting there's no doubt about that and congratulations to you for doing it, but its purely luck because you're buying and selling while being completely in the dark like the rest of us (or you have inside information). If you're simply trading, then taking 10-30% here and there is fine, but most LTH believe(d) in the original vision and potential of the technology.

This SP is going to be depressed for 2025. No reason to buy in apart from participating in whats going to be a very oversubscribed SPP. When the CR was pulled as it was "not in the best interest of shareholders", I assumed the entire $8m would have been raised as a SPP so all LTH could be rewarded for loyalty. The fact that they still did $6M at BP at 3.6c, is just Dave slapping the majority in the face with his bratwust at this point. Not even worth selling at this point, everyone is probably better off just riding it out and let the chips fall where they may.
