It doesn't matter if the options are unlisted.
Giving 1:1 shares and options is essentially telling the buyers to go ahead and sell the shares right away and recover their money instantly.
Now the options are 100% free: even if they expire no sweat, so that 3.6c exercise price will hang over the SP like a dagger until they expire.
The whole entire idea behind options is that they carry risk, use 'em or lose 'em, but here they are given away completely free of risk.
