It was discounted to the extent it was to accommodate risk. In theory, there can be no additional "inside" information provided to the Instos or Sophisticated investors that the general public are aware of.....theoretically!
Each of us have our own risk appetite & how we accept it. You can only interpret the public information for what it is. With PL4/Pl5 success you would have to think primary technology risk is much less for PL6 success. Noting Tings comments & the company stating early PL6 manufacturing risk has passed (not sure how), then we shouldn't be far from liquidity event possibilities for visionary mega Cos.
