Interesting. I'll hedge my bets it is TSMC. Infineon has a good relationship with TSMC.
Also, did anyone see the 300 round wafer photo with chips in the presentation. Permission was given by imec to use the picture. Really????? Some NDA must be in place. That is some tight constraints right there....
