Dave is still a clown and this is not me praising him what so ever. It's clear this CR and SPP only benefits the few and screws over retail investors and LTH.
What I will say though is this is the best closest thing we've had to any meaningful communication (that was directed at new investors) and that deserves appreciation for what it is. What will be funny is when these new investors, assuming they're not just going to flip for instant profit, is that it's the last bit of meaningful communication they will ever get from this BoD.
I also find it amusing that Dave couldn't afford to exercise the options he already had without selling to cover the cost, but now he fully intends to participate taking up 30k of the SPP? What, so he can sell them to cover his costs again?
On the technology side, things are looking really positive and I think this is the right path to get absolutely maximum value from this technology (although at a massive dilution compared to 6 years ago). Once we have this test chip, I assume we'll then be able to share with Stanford, and other independent entities that can validate everything that's been claimed.
I've had very conservative estimates this is worth (much to the disagreement of the $1B club) because all we had was IP. However taking these next steps I'd expect to be able to atleast double my conservative estimates.
Next AGM we should focus on getting the sales pool changed to be more shareholder friendly, but don't waste your time with the EGM. The top holders have all benefited from this bullshit management.
