I shouldn’t think so (and would be concerned if he was on this one). Canaccord Genuity and Merrill Lynch Equities are the joint lead managers, underwriters & bookrunners. Canaccord is also the global co-ordinator. There’s no mention of Viaticus in the prospectus or anywhere that I’ve seen in relation to this raise and if they’re getting a fee it would surely need disclosure.
