Broke what I thought was the low of 4.50. The market doesn't like these discounted CRs but that's not isolated to VUL. Complexity, location (in the middle of a residential area), increased short interest, an unexpected CR at a pretty big discount, permit risks have hit this project. I still believe in the story and will see it out but gotta be so patient from here.
