At least that Director has to pay overs at the moment "Bellevue Directors eligible to participate in the SPP Offer have indicated they intend to take up the maximum entitlement of A$30,000 worth of New Shares."
We can have them for $1.37 on market today and that Director will overpay about $3480 for his "compulsory" participation. Ha!
