the placement is complete, they dont really care if the retail participate or not, without having checked, theres proabbaly a clause there where they can reoffer any not taken to instos afterwards too.. the temporary blip below 1.55 just allows those instos to relieve even more shares from retail investors.
it probably wont matter now even if retail investors revolt against their remuneration package at the AGM.. they really dont have to care about the feelings or outcome of retail
