The take up was 5X oversubsribed. Lots of smart money going into this one. One must remember that PDN is much lower risk than any of the speculators in the U space. There's nothing stopping PDN - funding is clearly not a problem.
Similar recent CR's are all well north of the CR price point. Can't see this going below 72c unless the spot price drops a lot for some reason and by anyone's account, it has much, much higher to go over the next 2-5 years. This is my retirement stock, right here.
