My reference here as "rubbish" is that the SPP allocation is so small, it is of very little use to us retail investors.
The big boys were offered $200m and the rest of us only $15m
72c price is an attractive offer, but with the size of the allocation any retail participation will be scaled back quite heavily making it a "rubbish" offer in reality.
Hope this clarifies my loose wording.
