I signed up before they'd even segmented the different types of tasks into the options you show above.
I just get an email from time to time about a task, and if I have the time to do it, I will, if not, I won't. Generally they pay between .50 and 1USD a minute for most stuff I've done.
They state what they pay and provide a time guideline to give you an indication on how long it'll take. I don't do many tasks these days, and don't actually get emailed that many, but will do one every couple of months.
