    I'm comfortable with it too. My only issue is how little of the raise is available to share holders. If I could increase my holdings by 30% at the 13.1c price I would have nothing to complain about. In fact at 13c or lower I have a buy sentiment for what its worth and I will focus more on buying on market than trying to get in on the sale.
