First to say is that I am convinced the stock will go up.
But I think it's kind of non sense to adhere to these plans where your money is frozen for some time until you actually get the shares allocated from the plan. In the meantime you are risking that anything can happen to the stock, open to tha volatility and you can not do anything about it.
What am I missing?
Note: I see the point when a massive discount price is offered, which is not the case.
