I have participated this latest CR, the demand is huge and the deal closed pretty quickly. Considering the soaring SOP price and KLL already in production, it is in a favorable position compared to peers.
I recommend everyone remember to take up your share of the SPP, and try apply the maximum 30K but in reality you are likely to get only a few gram, depends on how many people couldn't bother.
In regards to the funds raised, it stated stage 2 ramp up cost 45M and rest are working cost, this should be the last capital raise KLL need. You can try put a buy order below the CR price, but it's quite unlikely it will get hit.
