We going to "15 cents", or "maybe even 10 cents" as many of the bears said yesterday. Understandable, existing holders such as myself are frustrated and disappointed with the timing and dilution, but the nature of this capital raising makes sense and is much more free from the cloud of uncertainity that tainted the 60m raising a year ago (hence requring a huge discount). My expectation yesterday was a 20% reduction in the SP, but looks like despite the CR, demand is still there.

And "JackSpack", I much rather particpate in the SPP so my funds go directly to the company rather than to a secondary investor.
