Yes, but as you say graymatter, 'Uranium is the next big thing worldwide'. If that's the case, then all shareholders will benefit.
IMO PDN did the right thing. Retail holders are a fickle bunch likely to dump their shares at the drop of a hat. I'm sure negotiations with HOPU were based around them obtaining a certain % ownership of PDN. They were always going to underwrite the retail EO and take a % of the shortfall.
Personally, when such a large issuance hits the market, I'd rather the shares were in the hands of a cornerstone investor.
