What you say about the $3750 allocation is correct if AHG treats every applicant equally but what the Chairman's letter says is that they are proposing to allocate large shareholders more and small shareholders less. I have never heard of such a policy before in a SPP (can anyone some up with a precedent). I suggest that retail holders should protest to the Company.
