    die hards will just ignore it like it doesn't exist or just say "sms will fund it"... BTW I use to be a believer here and held up until I seen the 500 mill BOOT component of capex I didn't even know existed.... IMO this has zero chance of getting off the ground, researched vanadium juniors extensively and this is the last place I'd put my money...
